1.  Commando Challenge ENTRY FEEs:

1.1    Entry Fees are non-refundable once confirmation of a Teams' acceptance into the event has been sent to the Team Captain

2.  Commando Challenge TShirts:

2.1    TShirts which are ordered at the time of entry to the Commando Challenge or up to the announced closing date for entries will only be refunded up to the closing date and before the orders are placed with the printers.   After this time refunds will not be considered.

2.2  Faulty TShirts should be returned to the Organisers who will return to the manufacturer to resolve.

3.  Exceptions:

3.1   Entry Fees:   If the Commando Challenge is cancelled by the Organisers a full refund will be given or the opportunity to transfer that entry to another Eventful event.

3.2  Entry Fees & TShirts.   Other than in 3.1 above consideration will be given to refunds of Entry Fees and / or TShirts on a case-by-case basis and at the discretrion of the Organisers.
